Oh yes, you heard correctly – it is a super sports week for professional sports here in Colorado this week! On the Denver Nuggets schedule:

Monday: The Nuggets take on the Houston Rockets.

Wednesday: Tip off is at 7 PM when the Nuggets take on the Dallas Mavericks.

Thursday: The Golden State Warriors are in town – Nugs will dominate, obviously.

Plus, a couple of games on the Colorado Avalanche Schedule:

Tuesday: The Avs battle it out with the Chicago Blackhawks at 7 PM.

Friday: The puck drops at 7 PM with the Avs taking on the Carolina Hurricanes.

Something non-professional-sports-oriented to do? Check out our family friendly Monster Jam tickets for Friday night or one of the back-to-back shows on Friday and Saturday nights at the Fillmore with Widespread Panic. There’s a little something for everyone this week!

Colorado Avalanche Tickets vs. Summer Concert Tickets. It’s a Tie.

Winter vs. summer. It’s such a toss up. Snowboarding, skating and skiing in the winter vs. hanging out at the beach, boating and wakeboarding in the summer. :sigh: Such a tough decision! So here’s a little on the events we like in both of our favorite times of year here in Denver.

WINTER: We love checking out games on the Colorado Avalanche schedule. There’s just something so Coloradan about picking up a pair of seats and watching that puck drop. Same goes for picking up some Denver Nuggets tickets. You don’t get pro-basketball and pro-hockey without a little snow on the ground, which is fine with us. Heck, we wouldn’t live in this state if we didn’t enjoy a little mountain weather, right? But that being said, there are things that just don’t compare to the sunshiney months.

Ohhh SUMMER: There’s just nothing like hitting up an evening game on the Colorado Rockies schedule – there’s nothing as sweet as the taste of a win on a sweet summer evening. Oh, and the summer concert schedule this year can’t be beat. Red Rocks has several good acts – our current list toppers are Eric Church tickets and Foster the People tickets. If you’ve never been to check out a show at Red Rocks, this is your summer! At Boulder Tickets, we’ll hook you up with some awesome seats for your first real Red Rocks experience, just give us a call for assistance!
