Nuggets Playoff Tickets Mania

It became officially official at the end of last week when the regular season wrapped up: Our Denver Nuggets are really going to be in the NBA Playoffs! This year, unlike the past several, has been a rollercoaster ride for a lot of Nuggets fans. Knowing that the team may not make the playoffs this year to what seemed like a somewhat unmotivated Nuggets roster was super frustrating for everyone that just wanted to cheer this team on – this team that has been SO solid and productive in the past but just couldn’t get it together this Spring. And then: a turnaround. The team went back to being the team that we all know they are. And now they’re in the NBA Conference Quarterfinals!

Yes, they are currently in a seven game series to battle it out with the LA Lakers. The Lakers are good – really good – but if we continue on this great path of teamwork and stay in the zone that the Nuggets got themselves back into over the past couple of weeks, we actually have a shot to beat these guys. And if we can beat the Lakers in the first round of the playoffs, our odds are darn good that we’ll make it all the way to the NBA Finals. We don’t know about you, but we can’t WAIT to see what happens!

Here are the home games you should be looking to get Nuggets Playoff tickets for:

Friday, May 4th: Home Game 1 at the Pepsi Center at 7:30 PM
Sunday, May 6th: Home Game 2 at the Pepsi Center at 7:30 PM
Thursday May 10th: (If Necessary) Home Game 3 at the Pepsi Center

We have a great playoff schedule – with two weekend games, you know you can work a little basketball into your schedule this week. Check out our great inventory today!

Rockies Tickets are Hot, Hot, HOT!

Down here at Boulder Tickets, we are super excited for the 2012 Rockies season to start. And while we can’t WAIT for opening day, we realize that it’s still March, still chilly, still not quite summertime baseball season for everyone. Which is why we have FIVE reasons why you should be super excited to get your hands on some Rockies tickets.

1. Baseball is for the whole family. If you don’t want to go through the hassle of getting a sitter, you don’t have to! Rockies baseball is a family friendly environment – kids of all ages enjoy the game and seeing what the sport is all about. So bring the whole fam!

2. Baseball can be for date night. Need a night out on the town? Then head to a game, do a little baseball watching, a little people watching, a little concession food eating. Fancy? No. Fun? Definitely yes.

3. Watching the game is fun, but there are other fun things to check out at Coors Field, too! Walk around and do a little people watching. Go on a mascot hunt. Find a new concession stand that you’ve never tried before. Perfect for that long stand off at the bottom of the fifth.

4. You can act like a kid. Indulge in those mini donuts. Get a new baseball cap. Have some cotton candy! Baseball brings out the kid in everyone, and that can relax even the biggest workaholic!

5. Baseball is FUN. Seriously. Do you ever see people at a Rockies game without a smile on their face? Get out, enjoy some sunshine (even if it’s not 80 degrees out yet) and support the local team!

Incentive enough for you? We thought so. Next thing you need to do is check out the Rockies schedule and grab some seats for a game – the home opener is just around the corner!
